West Kootenay/Boundary Regional Spring meeting

 

Well, Spring is just around the corner, hopefully.  That means our Annual Spring Meeting of the West Kootenay/Boundary Regional Seniors will be held on Tuesday, April 3rd, 2018 at 11 a.m. in Balfour.  I have attached the Regional Branch Data Sheet to this email and ask that you print it off, fill it out and bring to the meeting along with your Annual Dues of 50 cents per member.  If you are not able to attend the meeting, please mail Branch Data Sheet along with your dues to me, see address on the bottom of Branch Data Sheet.  As most of you are aware, the Spring Meeting is where all the Branches read out their annual reports.  Therefore, please bring your written report to the meeting and be prepared to read it.  Following the reading of the reports, lunch will be provided with the rest of the business following lunch.  Branches are allowed 1 delegate for every 50 or part thereof members.  Also, you may bring as many guests as you wish.  Please contact Marven Pedersen at Balfour by email: marvenp@telus.netor Telephone: 250-229-4650 no later than March 30th with the number of people you will be sending to the meeting.  The meeting will be held in the Balfour Seniors Hall which is attached to the Community Hall on Busk Road, straight past the Ferry Terminal.  We look forward to seeing everyone and hearing what you have been up to over the past year.
